"We comply with the Solicitors Code of Conduct published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice, however you are free to choose another solicitor".
Charterhouse claims may receive a payment from a Panel Solicitor for the referral of your case, which can be up to £485 + VAT. This fee covers such expenses as marketing, advertising, the agents time in taking details of your claim and in investigating your case etc on The Solicitors behalf.
Whilst the Solicitor is obliged to pay this fee if they accept your case on a conditional fee agreement we would advise you that we have no authority over your case and they shall proceed with your case as they consider best and in accordance with your instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, this fee is paid by The Solicitor and not you.
